A native Grenadian, Alicia Griffith-George was born & brought up in Mt.Moritz north of the Capital St. George's. After leaving school at Happy Hill she worked at the internationally renowned spa hotel La Source for 7 years.

Since leaving the hotel industry she has travelled extensively in Asia, Africa, Europe, & America. She bought Limetree House in 2002 & finished the renovations & remodelling in the summer of 2003.
