Grenada's
coasts are surrounded by extensive coral reefs perfect
for the experienced diver as well as those that like to
swim & snorkel. For more information on diving please
contact Rob & Katy at www.scubatech-grenada.com
who run the dive shop 3 minutes from the house.

Several
commercial game fishing operators work out of St.George's:
a recent guest to Limetree caught a 1.38 m barracuda just
south of Prickly Point. There is also a house rod & tackle
for those that think dinner is something you should catch.

Grand
Etang rainforest is the heart of the island. Untouched
by development the forest has extensive trails and many
wonderful waterfalls to walk to & swim in. |
Numerous
charter yachts are available from the harbour. Trips through
the Grenadines are a wonderful contrast to the beauty
of the islands beaches & interior. It is also possible
to take a day trip to Carriacou, Grenada's sister island,
on a hydrofoil from St Georges Harbour.

Driving
around the island is the best way to discover those hidden
treasures no offical tour will show you. Car hire is easily
available by the day or the week. It is possible to drive
around the island in a day, although it is recomended
not to be in a hurry as there are so many great places
to stop along the way. |
